ConQuesting is a free live questing experience in the form of a cosplay-focused photo-scavenger hunt. It is held in Atlanta at DragonCon annually. Select your quests, snap your pics, and get your loot!

How Does This Work?

Select a Quest

Most of our quests are listed in The Epic
Quest Tome with unique rewards scaling to match:

Legendary - hard

Mythic - medium

Epic - easy

Alternatively, if you want to be surprised, ask us for a Mystery Quest Scroll (while supplies last).

Complete Your Quest

Quests usually involve finding a specific cosplay and taking a selfie with the cosplayer. Please observe basic courtesy and cosplaying etiquette by asking people before snapping pictures.

Find Us Again to Receive Loot

If you complete your quest quickly, you can simply return to us at the location where you received your quest, or check our schedule to see where we will be throughout the con. Show us the photo proving you’ve completed your quest, and we will give you your reward!

Asked Questions

Mystery Quests are a great introduction to ConQuesting because they do not require any fandom-specific knowledge to complete. Instead, they rely on general powers of observation. Find an oversized weapon, talk to an elf, look for someone sporting crazy footwear, and so on. The scrolls themselves are printed on high-quality paper and are yours to keep as souvenirs.

Of course! In fact, you and your party can collect up to three rewards from us. You can keep questing as much as you want after that as well, but after you’ve received Legendary Loot, we have to save some prizes for other adventurers.

Absolutely! If your cosplay is somewhere in our tome (and odds are strong that it is), snap a selfie and tell us which quest you are completing to get loot immediately. Cosplay is hard work and we believe in rewarding creativity. That said, the hunt itself is more than half the fun!

C’mon now, isn’t it more fun to be surprised? We have always done an annual pin with a unique design, and we have since added tiered rewards including badge ribbons, and super-secret legendary loot that changes each year. But the real rewards are the experience (how else will you level up?) and the friends you make along the way.
